The Process Begins

Checking Hair Elasticity

To test hair elasticity, dampen a strand and hold it midway or at the roots to avoid root strain. Gently stretch the strand, observing if it returns to its original form or breaks.

Checking Density

Determine your hair density easily with a mirror. Pull your hair to the side: visible scalp indicates thin density, partially visible suggests medium density, and hardly visible denotes thick density.

Bleaching and Dyeing Hair

Wash dyed hair twice with water, then shampoo once, and rinse 3-4 times. Apply hair oil with tailored adjustments.
Dry for 4 hours (dark colors) or 12 hours (light colors).
Trim hair ends based on customer preference.

Inspecting Color

Following the dyeing process, our workers meticulously wash the hair multiple times to prevent fading and tangling. Each wash alters the color, prompting us to examine it using color rings to guarantee precise color consistency for each strand.

Making Hair System Or Wigs Base

We take precise measurements and follow detailed design specifications to create hair systems or wig bases that perfectly match the desired style, shape, and size. We carefully examine the hair wefts, focusing on craftsmanship, weft width, and hair density to ensure superior quality.

Checking Hair Extensions Tips and Glue

When checking hair extensions, we meticulously inspect the tips and glue, ensuring secure attachment and flawless integration for a natural look.

Ventilating/Knotting Hair

We have assembled a team of over 100 professional and experienced wig makers dedicated to knotting and ventilating hair, ensuring precision and excellence in every aspect of our production process.

Checking Curly Texture of Hair

We meticulously inspect the curly texture of the hair, ensuring that the curly weave aligns perfectly with our designated curl pattern for consistency and quality assurance.
