Return Eligibility and Process:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
Custom orders, duplicate orders, and repair orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Procedure:
Request Authorization: Reach out to us via DM or email, providing your order number, detailed reason for return, and images if applicable.
Authorization Confirmation: Our customer service or sales team will authorize your request and provide the return shipping address.
Inspection: Upon receipt, all returned items will undergo inspection to ensure they meet return criteria.
Refund Processing: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment account within 3-5 business days.
Exchange Procedure:
Request Exchange: Contact us with your order details and reason for exchange.
Authorization and Return: Upon authorization, return the item(s) to the provided address.
Inspection: Returned items will be inspected for eligibility.
Replacement Shipping: Upon approval, we'll ship the replacement within 3-5 business days.
Important Information:
Please ensure returned items are unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders.
Repair orders are not eligible for refunds; adjustments can be made upon request within 30 days of receipt.
Shipping costs for returns due to consumer error are the responsibility of the consumer.
Refunds for canceled stock orders will be issued minus shipping costs if already shipped.
Canceling custom orders incurs a 50% refund to cover labor and material costs.
